Hi, I recently reordered some business cards but the artwork wasn't readily available and had to be recreated. I realized after receiving my cards that a very small 'slice' of the logo was cut off at the top. Since I work for the artist who designed that logo, I decided I should contact the company. They worked with me to resolve the issue and reprint my cards. The logo will now be archived in such a way that this won't be a concern in the future. It was, overall, a positive experience. This company wants the customer to be satisfied and works to prove that.

This was the product that I needed. I had used this type of product before, and the artwork was in the inventory of your print shop. Since the artwork was already in the inventory, was printed only on one side, and it was not a multi-color art work, i was surprised that the price was more than twice the price of other shops.
I have ordered and reorder this cards many times and I am disappointed again. It is not the original card stock color. It is hard to read what is on the card!!!
