We are very pleased with our cards. We had a few errors on our end and called in they helped us correct the errors, and sent us a little gift along with our reprints. There customer support was very nice and helpful with getting our issues fixed and new corrected cards to us!
Very satisfied with my product & the simplicity of the “design your own” system.
I contacted 123 to print business cards. I wanted basically an existing style that I had printed elsewhere, with a few changes. They made the process simple and very quickly made the revisions I asked for. They arrived very quickly after I approved the final proof. I will definitely use 123 again.
The mock-up showed no signs of an area not being covered with my design. Got the cards and they look terrible. There are random bars of white around my black background logo. The front of the card was centered in the mock-up and it's not centered in person, nor is it completely straight. A few are KIND OF acceptable. I'm literally tossing out this entire box and ordering from Moo. More money? Yes. Better product, by far. I want to attach a photo, but Im so pissed and my phone is dead I have no patience for this crap.
