As always, 123Print did an excellent job with my order. From the design phase (on my own) to production, shipping and delivery, absolutely outstanding!! In addition, I had an opportunity to utilize customer service for the order related to this one: also outstanding. The CSR listened to my problem, placed me on hold, and contacted UPS directly. Within minutes, the issue was resolved. I am 3+ year customer and continue to highly recommend.

Everything went smoothly, as order based on previous order design. Only issue was that the printing of the logo was not as crisp as we had hoped. If this can be improved we will order more of this item for the company.

I already had a template for my non-profit business cards which I modified and wasn't sure if it would fit. Using the chat function, I was guided step by step and was given useful information about sizing to fit the two sided rectangular card. Shipping was fast and the cards came out perfect. While a little expensive for a small non-profit, I would use them again due to the ease of use.
