The square business cards are excellent; quality workmanship and nicely done; the cards by themselves get 5 stars. And the square cards make such an impression on people; they remember the square cards far more than the standard size! But 123Print's packaging of their square business cards still leaves a poor impression. The cards are basically tossed into a box that is just too big for them. The standard size business cards have their own special box just right to fit them, but 123Print just can't seem to figure out how to make a box just the right size to fit their square cards. They try to put filler into the box to make up for the extra space, but that still comes off as cheap and the filler doesn't really work; the cards are still just tossed around in shipping. They really need packaging that matches the high quality of the product inside.

The shipping was quick. The website is user friendly for customization.

The cards are thicker than I expected and the picture is shiny and clear. It was easy to get quick online help when my my picture file was not the right size. Thanks!
