Update: I am changing my review. 123Print customer service was outstanding regarding the matter. I explained the situation, attached a photo of the product, and was contacted in less than 24 hours! We worked together to create a fix that still fit to what I wanted my card to look like. I approved the image and it was done. Thank you 123Print for understanding how important this was for me with my new business. You will certainly have mine exclusively!! I'm super thrilled with how my business cards came out. I was excited because I purchased an official logo for my cookie company. I thought it would be a cool feature to add a QR code that people could scan that would bring them to my Instagram account so they could see my work. The image I submitted was never flagged and is good quality. To my extreme disappointment, there is no detail on the QR code since it's small so now I have 1,000 business cards that are beautiful but have an unreadable QR code square in the corner. I guess it's partially my fault for thinking it would work but this should definitely be something that the company would want to make a notification that the details might be affected with the size of the image.
