The turnaround time from order to delivery was excellent -- thank you! We are disappointed at the clarity of the printing. I wish someone had told us ahead of time that the resolution would not be good before the order was processed.
Thank you for your feedback. It appears your order was automatically sent to print, as there was no flag for review. For future reference, all uploaded files need to have a resolution of at least 300 dpi. Please be on the lookout for an email from us.
Easy to order and everything is great
