Note pads were filthy. The package was torn. Pictures tell the story. I have upgraded my rating based on their response to my situation. Without asking they reprinted my notepads and sent them to me. The replacement pads look good. No issues. I appreciate that they took it upon themselves to promptly rectify the situation without any hassle. I believe this is what customer service should be. After an error in reading the design template (by me), the customer service rep was prompt and helpful to get the print project back on track. Resulting in the perfect post meeting leave-behind. Print quality is great and each pad is protected with a cover note, printed with order details. Product was exactly as described, even branded Post-it Note on the backing, and delivered on-time. I ordered 3 unique designs, and the same experience above applies to all.

The service was quick and efficient. Now, the paper used for these post it notes is lighter than the regular ones. I wrote on it with a Sharpie and it stayed on the paper, didn't leak. It seems like the glue will not hold for too long. I will find out as I start using them regularly. In general, a good product for the purpose intended.

I haven't used 123Print before, but took a chance, and I am happy I did. The product was quickly delivered--it beat out my local print shop for efficiency, and the product is well made. I will order again!
