The design looked nice on screen when I picked it, but when it showed up, it turned out that the fonts were too small -- almost unreadable. When I picked it, I assumed that they knew what they were doing. So that wasn't a good experience. However, the customer service was great. They were happy to redesign and resend the order at no extra charge.
I received this for free since my first order (glossing paper) had 'coarse cut' issue. This new one with matte paper is perfect and I am very satisfied. Not to mention the edge cut is very clean, the printing is excellent. Probably the coarse cutting came from the vinyl or plastic cover of the glossing paper.
Edge cutting is very coarse, which makes it look tacky. Very disappointing.
