I ordered business cards for my husband. It was reasonably easy to setup, and put in the correct information. We were very happy with the end results.
Having ordered some business cards with a default font that turned out to be very small upon deliver of the order, I expressed my dissatisfaction in a survey. One of their representatives reached out to me to follow up, and immediately offered to reprint the cards in a larger font at no charge to me. Moreover, they did it quickly, and I had the new cards a few days later. Way to go, gang!
