The lady who guided me through the ordering process was Amanda and if it wasn't for her I would not have the labels that arrived today (11/27). Order was placed on 11/17. Needed them for invitations mailed today. Thanks to Amanda I am right on schedule. The outer packaging was in bad shape but the labels were intact.
