A customer wanted notebooks for her book club. I hadn’t used 123Print before but was very happy with them. Easy to upload my design. Notebooks are great quality. I’ll definitely use again.

Wasn't a super easy or intuitive designing process, but I knew what I wanted and was able to make it happen. I was a little worried that my photos weren't big enough quality - I even got that little warning that said the files were too small - but they turned out great! Not blurry or grainy. Came in like a week, which, as impatient as I am, was actually quite fast for a custom product. Didn't have to worry about copyright issues or anything. I really liked that this notebook was available in the 8.5x11 option, since that is a hard size to find in custom notebooks (most do a 6x8). Very satisfied with the product. I even had some questions about the type of paper used, and the 123print chat was super helpful in answering my questions.

I have used 123 print sister company and have been extremely satisfied. I was advised by 123 print that they do not offer sample journals so I purchased one at $16 plus shipping for a quality check. The item arrived damaged, with their branded information (despite a request to have it removed) and my branded info was not added (even tho I added it in the design tool.) Additionally, the item was poorly packaged and arrived out of shape. I will give credit that they issued a refund after submitting photos, but no one has yet been able to give me a direct answer on why my journal arrived without information entered during the design process ect. Understanding that things happen, I am willing to give them a second chance.
