I used my first order of two rolls in less than a year, and they made it super simple to reorder. There was even a 20% off coupon at the end of the roll (along with their website, which I would have never remembered). I logged into my account and clicked reorder, and everything was there. The only complaint was that when I tried to apply the 20% off coupon, it would not accept it. Easy solution - just google "123print coupon codes", and I got a different 20% code.

Good price, good turnaround, nice quality although I was hoping the silver would be more metallic or foil than it is - it's just grey ink, but still looks nice!
