The portal is very easy to use, the prices very reasonable, and the product great. The only change I would like to see is enabling customers to access an invoice right away. Currently, invoices are only available after the product ships, not when the order is placed.
I have been ordering business cards for staff at 123Print for almost a year. The price is very reasonable and the online portal easy to use. No issues with the quality of the project. The one drawback is that an invoice is not available until after the order ships, instead of when it is first placed.
I appreciate how user-friendly the website is and how easy it is to place orders online, especially recurring orders. I would prefer to be able to print an invoice right away and not have to wait until the item ships.
