In the process of creating an online account, the website locked up. After a chat session it was determined that they require a special character in the password, but the website doesn't tell you about that, it just sets there with a spinning dial. This flaw needs to be fixed. Next I placed my order, but never received any shipment tracking information. I didn't know that the package had arrived. It could have been missed... But the business cards are a good quality stock at a fair price and shipped promptly. Thanks! P.S. When I tried to click Submit, the page wouldn't continue. There's a row of 5 stars at the top, but no indication that they need to be clicked on to make a 1-5 rating. Lucky I found those and didn't just close the review!
