Custom printed orders generally take 1-4 business days printing and production time. Shipping time is additional and can take from 1-6 business days depending on the shipping method you choose. The best way to estimate your delivery date and shipping costs is to add an item to your cart and configure your shipping options. Estimated delivery dates do not include product upgrades including addressing services, special instructions, foil imprinting, PMS ink requests, artwork assistance and proof approvals. These items may require additional processing time.
Customers can order up to 3 free stock or custom samples on select products. Stock samples look identical to what is shown online and include default product options. Custom samples include your exact product selections including your selected size, paper stock and unique personalization. Use our editor to create exactly what you want, then add to cart. Most sample requests are delivered within 7 business days. Envelopes are not included with greeting card samples. Should you need more than three samples or if you require expedited shipping, contact our customer support team. Samples are NOT INTENDED FOR PERSONAL USE. Sample orders for personal use will be cancelled.
Yes. We offer addressing and mailing services on greeting card and postcard products.
Currently, we only ship to the United States and Canada. Standard ground services are unavailable for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Orders to these areas will automatically be set to the most economical expedited air option.

Support is Excellent at 123 Print

Even though the print program I used, was not as explicit as needed. 123 Print operators were on the spot making good on their product. As the margins were incorrect in the finished cards, 123 cheerfully supported the correction and revised cards as needed.

Old Program was Easier and more accurate

Shopping is GREAT at this site. However, the new program used by the consumer in set-up, Lacks the Ease in set-up. Once again I received cards with white boarder and do not know why? The fonts were off as there is no clear recall on the set-up that I put together, thus sizing of characters is distorted. I have worked with your phone support, very pleasant people however that time consuming in back and forth.... I have been using 123 Print for better than 20 years

New Business cards - fell short

123 Print people are very helpful, however the new set-up format does not offer a true picture of FONT SIZE, as applied to card set-up. I feel the cards ordered #P2256124R1 might have to be re-ordered, as they are not what I expected, as I find the small, white font, possibly hard to read. And will have to re-order at an added expense.
